I recently attended an informal gathering of Internal Practitioners. I believe there was 25 individuals in attendance, The group consisted of masters, self proclaimed masters and avid devotees of the art.
The 2 best demos were put on by a Bagua and a Wing Chun Instructor. Smooth and highly refined is the only way I can express their display of power.
In attendance was a long time practitioner of Yang Style Tai Chi - he either decided not to display his talents and abilities…

What does "Amituofo" or "Amitabha" mean?
Amituofo means a multitude of things, depending on how it is used.
